THE SAMANTHA GRANGER EXPERIMENT: FUSED BY KARI TOWNSEND
Hello my little ducklings! I report to you with an all-new book review! Now on with it....
In the story "The Samantha Granger Expiriment: Fused" by Kari Townsend, 8th grader Samantha Granger has all the latest electronics and devices thanks to the fact that her parents work at an electric company. But when Samantha touches what seems to be a meteorite from out of space, what is thought to be every tweens dream completely ruins Samantha's life... until of course Samantha learns to control her "gift". But can Samantha maintain what seems to be the average 8th graders lifestyle while on the run with her supersonic-electronic powers???
This book was honestly a good book. Some really crazy things happened which made the book so unique, so not the average cliche. At times I would imagine me in Samantha's situation and feel so humiliated even though I wasn't her.Defiinetly a good read.
Unfortunately, I have nothing to say about myself except i will not be able to post for TEN WHOLE DAYS!!! I will try to fit something in on the 6th, but until then, this is me signing out... for TEN WHOLE DAYS.
xoxo, Chlocake

"THE SOCIAL EXPERIMENTS OF DORIE DILTS" BOOK 1-DUMPED BY POPULAR DEMAND"
Hello my Awesome readers, and Rockin' Followers! It's Olivia! Here with another great Book review!!! And Before I start, can I just say, AWWW!!!! Chloe, that shout-out you gave me in your last post was soooo cool! Thanx!! So on with the "Dumped By Popular Demand" review!
This book, by P.G. Kain, Is Awesome! Its a Great Summer Read for any tween Girl, but unfortunately, It may be a little to girly for some of you guys' taste. :(
In this book, Dorie, a 13 year old, soon-to-be seventh grader, just moved from California, to New Jersey. She's a science lover, but not a geek, (no offence to geeks, because im one too!). At her new school, all goes wrong when she wears her Miss Sixty Cargo Pants and Soft Pink Cotton sweater...-An outfit that 58.7 percent of girls bought before school. But one girl in particular bought it too, Holly, the leader of the Holly Trinity. You see, All three girls in the Holly Trinity have all dated and been dumped by Grant, The seventh grade Hottie. So, Can Dorie date and then get dumped by Grant, and maneuver her way into the Holly Trinity, Or will she fall for Grant, and have to wait at the Alter for their blessing? This book had me ROTFL after every page, and Recommending it to ALL of my friends after I finished it.

"BRAS AND BROOMSTICKS" pt2
Hello my little bookworms! Today I'll be giving you a review of "Bras and Broomsticks" by my favorite author Sarah Mlynowski. Since Olivia has told you what its about, i'll just tell you what I thought about it.
"Bras and Broomsticks" is a story that is definitely on my favorites list. It was hilarious, and had its up and downs. This book had me locked in my room all day and night until my mom told me to get some "sunlight". I would recommend this to any tween girls who are looking for a good comedy.
Since i'm here, I think i might as well tell you a little bit more about myself...

BRAS AND BROOMSTICKS BY SARAH MYLNOWSKI
Hiya Guys!!!! Alright, Olivia Here with another Sarah Mylnowski book!!! Its the first of a series called "Magic In Manhattan". I think Chloe said it best, "Any book she writes, I will LOVE", because this book, Is an ALL TIME fave! Now for the review!
As if average teen troubles were not enough, Rachel is forced to live with the reality that turns her world upside down. Her mother, and younger sister, are witches. So yeah its cool, broomsticks, potions, mom and sis bonding.....But wait? Where's her share? Unfortunately, there is none. This book had me twisting and turning at night, thinking of what would happen next. This book takes you on an adventure, and puts you in Rachel's shoes. Its an awesome read, and there's 3 more in the series, so you wont be left disappointed. During the read, I felt REAL feelings for what was happening. Because honestly, Life must suck when your sister can turn you into a swamp frog! RRRRIIIIIBBBBBIIIIIT!!!!

THE KIND OF FRIENDS WE USED TO BE... BY FRANCES O'ROARK DOWELL
Hello Girlies!!! This is Olivia posting now, with another really great book here!! Obviously, you can tell by the title the name of this book is "The Kind of Friends We Used to Be" by Frances O'roark Dowell. Alright, so I found out about this book in the 4th grade, (Im a Middle Schooler now) through my gifted class teacher. So I then just decided "Hey! All books deserve a Shot" and picked it up at my local bookstore. Some of you all may be familiar with Frances' work. This book is actually the sequel to THE SECRET LANGUAGE OF GIRLS. Now for the review.
This book is a great choice for tween girls because of its reality. In most books for tweens its mostly just unrealistic. But not this one. By reality I mean that All girls have gone through what Marilyn and Kate are. Marilyn and Kate are now 7th graders (they were 6th in the first book) and still dwelling on the past. They realized they are two totally different people, going in two totally different directions......or are they both just in need of someone telling them they're right? I have gone through the same thing, being in an argument with a bestie, then just wishing she would tell you you were right all along and apoligize? Then you could tell her all about that new lip gloss....but back to the review. This book is sort of like a Life lesson. Great if you're struggling with your BFF. 5 stars. Oh! And I did this review alone, since IDK if chloe read it or not. Toodles!
Life Lesson: Dont argue with your bestie. Its not worth it, Im sure the skirt looks good on both of you!

"GIMMIE A CALL" BY SARA MLYNOWSKI pt.2
Hello my avid little readers! As you know my sister Olivia has made a great review for "Gimmie
A Call". So I guess that means its my turn even though Olivia pretty much said everything there is to say.
But... Before I do that, I think I should tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Chloe, but on this blog you can call me chlocake. I am no doubt about it a bookworm and being in the gifted class I dont mind being called a nerd or wierdo because being original is the best gift you could ever have. I guess you could say that my style is very... Out there. I like being noticed for dressing differently. have a pair of neon blue glasses with rainbow on the sides on the best thing about those glasses are the wierd looks I get for wearing them. If I ever saw a jacket that said outcast on the back i would totally buy it, or beg my mom to buy it for me. But enough of my ramblings, on with the review.
First of all you should know that Sarah Mlynowski is my favorite author of all time and any book she writes, I will love. But this book, was outstanding. throughout the whole thing I found myself smiling like an idiot, laughing hysterically, or on the verge of tears and with every page I could wait to read the next. Overall this book was great and has definitely earned a spot on my favorites list.

"GIMME A CALL'' BY SARAH MYLNOWSKI
HI!!! This is Olivia posting! Me and Chloe have read this book. So Chloe should be checking in soon to do her review on this post too. So here goes.
In Gimme a call, Devi, who is heart-broken over a breakup, soon drops her cell phone in a fountain with only being able to make one call, One to her fourteen year old self. She then begins trying to convince her old self not to make the same mistakes she did. Throughout the book, I found myself screaming through the pages saying "NOOOOOO!!!!!" and almost cried at the end. This book is great for that tween girl (like me and Chloe) who loves adventure. During the read, you'll become best friends with Devi, like I did. I give this book 5 stars! Peace, Olivia!
